GOALS
- Develop a solution that genuinely helps Switch’s clients understand why their buildings aren’t ready
- Increase Switch’s credibility in commercial real estate & digital transformation
- Create revenue in the sales and product life-cycle
PAIN POINTS
Through research and user testing we identified two main problems.
- On-boarding buildings on the Switch Platform was taking weeks, and customers didn’t understand why
- Account managers and building engineers were getting frustrated to have to justify the process to their clients
